We sent our 7 month old Wirehaired Vizsla to Scarlett for predominantly training for the ring, however Scarlett went above and beyond that and over 3 weeks spent time with him looking at the whole package.The difference when we picked him up was fantastic he’d built muscle from the exercises he had been doing with Scarlett and she was able to advise how to progress him further again. Alongside this he had the opportunity to socialise with other dogs and spent time with Scarletts family he particularly enjoyed snuggles on the sofa with them. We are very pleased with the results from such a short space of time and for anyone considering using Scarlett I would highly recommend. The instant bond Scarlett makes with the dogs is truly special. We wish you every success in your new venture and we look forward to working with you again in the future when the shows recommence. Scarlett is an absolutely amazing young handler with an excellent feeling for the dog. I can only recommend working with her. Many thanks to one of my Malamutes whom she presented in Ireland with grace and great professionalism, now Grizzly Bear can be proud of the title of champion of Ireland. I hope it was not the last of my dogs that I sent to her for representation at shows in Ireland.
Scarlett has handled several of our bullmastiffs both in Europe and UK over the last few years. We've always been impressed by her professionalism, skills and caring attitude, putting them first and getting the best from them. Our dogs love her and have improved hugely through her tuition.
I have met Scarlett through a mutual friend as I was looking for a handler to help me show my dogs in Ireland. Having 2 dogs to show and only one little me, it became hard when entering challenges. The first impression upon meeting Scarlett was “what an elegant young lady”. We have spoken briefly and met her incredible mum Peri. I have serious trust issues when it comes to my dogs and trusting other people with them however I have felt at ease and comfortable throughout the discussions. Scarlett handled one of my dogs on that day and the female has achieved her first Best Of Breed Title! Fast forward a couple of months, I have decided to send the female to be trained with Scarlett as well to have campaigned in shows across Ireland. BEST DECISION EVER!!! I have travelled with Scarlett and Peri to shows across the world and each and every time Scarlett has campaigned my dogs to the highest standard possible. The connection she has formed with my dogs, the love and affection showed to them was second to none. Scarlett is more than just a handler, she is the epitome of animal communication and connection, she loves the dogs and she loves what she does. Scarlett has campaigned 3 of my dogs to their International and National Champion Titles, has trained them and loved them during their residential training at her home. Would I recommend Scarlett?!? ABSOLUTELY!!! And last but most importantly for me, I have gained not one friend, I have gained a FAMILY of people I can genuinely call friends. Having recently brought a 10 month old puppy to Scarlett primarily for socialising I was very impressed with the results. I saw a distinct improvement in the puppy’s confidence and saw how she benefited from Ringcraft training. I found Scarlett very professional from the outset and will continue to use this business.
I just thought I'd write to you to thank you for the hard work you put into training Floyd for me. Floyd was a rescue dog very strong willed and hard to walk I honestly didn't think anything could have been done to get him to walk calmly on a lead and I sent him off for 2 weeks and was amazed at the difference in him so never give up well done and thank you I have a much calmer dog.
I met Scarlett through a mutual friend, who knew I wanted to campaign my bitch Teasel on the continent. We arranged to meet so I could see how she was with Teasel and how Teasel was with Scarlett, as soon as I met Scarlett my mind was put at rest, such a lovely young lady, who was very competent and kind around dogs, Teasel loved her. It was still a really hard thing to let Teasel go abroad with Scarlett as Teasel had only traveled with me, I need not have worried at all! Scarlett kept me updated almost every hour! ( she knew how worried I was) pics and messages came through regularly. I can't recommend Scarlett highly enough and Teasel can't wait to go on another adventure with her again soon.
For me, using a handler isn’t just about ensuring a dog looks its best but about being able to trust they will enjoy the show experience from start to finish. Having watched Scarlett handle at a variety of events, I was always impressed not just by her abilities in presenting a dog to their advantage but also with the rapport she had clearly developed, no matter the breed at the end of the lead. Over the last few years I have entrusted her with a number of dogs – from a 5 month Greenland Dog at their first show to a 9 year old Veteran Malamute enjoying the Stakes classes – and have never been disappointed. Her natural aptitude for reading a dog seems innate, recognising instantly what that dog requires to really shine, however this is not to say her experience is not also evident as she clearly demonstrates an understanding of breed specifics in both presentation and character. I have been delighted to see my dog’s gain CACs, CACIBs, Winners titles and more under her guidance. Most importantly, though, they are always delighted to see her, which speaks volumes, and on the occasions when I have had to stay at home and my dog has travelled with her have had the delight of regular updates and photos of my dog enjoying it’s holiday without me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
The first time I saw Scarlett was at a show. She was handling many different breeds of dogs throughout the day and she had such a natural rapport with each one. My dog Tori is very sensitive and not always easy to handle so when I wanted help Scarlett was my first choice. Tori loves Scarlett, so much so I decided to let her go with Scarlett to a show in Luxembourg and she came back a Junior Champion. From there Scarlett has occasionally helped me at shows here. I love to watch them in the ring as Scarlett always brings out the best in Tori. We now have two pups and while we were nearby we attended a training class and also had a one to one session with Scarlett. Both were relaxed, fun and rewarding for me and the pups and it was great to see so much progress after just two sessions. I just wish we lived nearer so I could go regularly.
I met Scarlett and Peri at Crufts, she was handling my Bracco Italiano in the junior handling classes in the main ring. Since then we have become great friends always catching up at shows when we can. Scarlett is an amazing handler who always manages to get the best out of the dog she is handling. I asked her to show my GWP at Crufts this year as I wanted to see someone else handle her. Flora has done extremely well last year winning 8 firsts at champ show level. Scarlett handled her at Crufts and won a top quality Post Grad class for me. Never having handled her before they both looked amazing. Scarlett and her mum also have taken Betty and Nellie to Europe doing exceptionally well! Betty winning a first and Nellie becoming an Hungarian champion. Highly recommend Scarlett and can’t wait to send my dogs with the girls again to Europe xx
